Product Characteristics

1. The chemical composition of the product is stable, with high SiO₂content (SiO₂≥ 95%) and low impurity content.

2. Good resistance to high temperature loads, stable volume under high temperature conditions for a long time, low thermal expansion rate, low residual quartz content (<1.0%)

3. Good high-temperature oxidation resistance, erosion resistance, slag erosion resistance.

4. High density and high thermal conductivity.

Product Application

Mainly used for carbon calcination furnaces. If high thermal conductivity and high erosion resistance silicon bricks are used on the wall of carbon furnace tanks, their thermal conductivity, erosion resistance, wear resistance, etc. can be greatly improved,also can be extended their service life.
